OnTheCalls is a UK-based service built for tradespeople. We help sole traders and small trade businesses handle missed calls and enquiries automatically.

What we collect

When you join our waiting list, we collect:

• The date and time you signed up

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment details or any other personal information at this stage.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address for one reason only — to contact you about early access to OnTheCalls before we launch publicly, and to let you know when we are ready to onboard you.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing or third-party promotions.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to anyone
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing
• We do not send spam
• We do not use your data for automated decision-making

How we store it

Your email address is stored securely via Formspree, our form processing service. Formspree is GDPR compliant. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

• Withdraw consent at any time
